Director of GVH Constructions, Graeme Howland also has a rare background in strata and has a great understanding of the needs and requirements of strata managers and their clients.

 

Whilst no longer working, both of Graeme's parents worked in strata management since the commencement of strata management in Australia in the mid 1970's.  Graeme love of building came from helping his father on Saturday's with Strata Maintenance jobs.  The Howland family have been a part of sculpting the strata industry in those early decades.

 

This experience has give Graeme has a detailed background in strata and intuitive requirements for strata maintenance and protocol translates into a smooth hassle-free workflow for the strata manager and the body corporate.
